The What

My ultimate goal with this never ending project is to simply educate and inspire youth. Focus is on building that solid foundation for life. Think about it like a house. You want to make sure that the ground is prepped before framing and building the house.

Through interviews, podcasts, videos, etc. I will compile many perspectives to craft actionable items for people to implement. This will all be presented straight forward. I have so much to learn about everything and that is why I thought that I might as well share it and cause positive impact. Therefor, I am not a guru or anything special. I am just like my listeners, who are looking to make stuff happen in the world.

I will let the project take its course and see what happens. Maybe form a community, masterminds, etc… but at the moment the focus is on providing as much value to the listeners.

My current thoughts are to have three sections. One that focuses on successful people and use their knowledge, another that focuses on other youth that are taking action and producing results, and the last of my journey in business and life.

The Why

I believe that everything must start with the ‘why’- the purpose- before diving into the ‘what’ or ‘how’.

The purpose fuels you when the going gets tough and feels extraordinary when wins occur. A lack of purpose could lead to a life of regret. Being clear on the outcome and purpose and the strategy will present itself.

So… what is the purpose of this website, content hub, whatever it becomes?!

The purpose is to inspire other youth to follow their passions, dream BIG, and accomplish BIG.

I believe that there is a missing gap in the education system for this.

I cant remember a time in high school when an assignment was “What are your passions? What are your goals in life? What social change do you aspire to create?” I do remember learning tons of things that I never or rarely will use.

Granted, I understand that a lot of school is to develop your brain to learn or explore many things, but I don’t think its built to fuel youth into being whatever they wish to be.

I see friends and acquaintances trade their dreams and goals which they once explained with excitement to be “realistic”…

Let’s put an end to that.

Let’s keep dreaming like little kids, work with others to make magic happen, and ultimately leave a lasting positive change that the world deeply needs.

The other part of the purpose is to accomplish BIG.

Dreams need to turn into action. But how do you do that? What do you do? When? Where?

That is what we will unwrap!

My interviews, readings, reflections, etc will be deeply focused on actionable steps for young adults to take to cause massive outcomes.

I am very excited for this project. I hope to hear the wonderful stories that were inspired from a piece of content.
